Country Stores provide quality goods and services for all Farm-Pet-Home needs! We operate 11 Country Stores throughout Washington, Idaho, and Montana.
It is essential for all staff to provide friendly, quality service to customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES Motivate, develop, and direct people Work with the store manager to provide training and product knowledge Assist the store manager with reviewing staff performance and offer constructive feedback Collaborate with the manager and team on setting and achieving goals Assist in overseeing daily operations Stock and clean the store Organize and display merchandise to maximize purchasing appeal Utilize customer-focused selling skills, add-on selling, closing skills and other sales generating skills Consult with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to merchandise Manage conflict and resolve complaints about or within the department Accurately complete sales using POS system according to established procedures Exhibit an ability to get along with others Practice punctual and reliable attendance Perform other duties as assigned JOB REQUIREMENTS High school diploma (or equivalent) Must pass pre-employment drug screen as a condition of employment Possess a valid driver license and maintain a safe driving record Three years' experience in retail operations Ability to lift, carry and load 60 pound (minimum) weight requirements Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing in a manner with co-workers and customers Commitment to excellence and high standards especially in terms of providing outstanding customer service Strong organizational, multi-tasking, problem-solving, and analytical skills with an emphasis on calculating figures and amounts Demonstrate proficiency with Windows operating system and Microsoft Office PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Exhibit a high level of product knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
livestock or equine products, lawn and garden supplies, hardware, fencing, pet feed & supplies or any related knowledge pertaining to our product mix Experience with AgVantage, Epicor or similar retail POS software SCHEDULE This is a full time, 40 hours per week position (schedule will vary).
Sunday through Saturday.
Must be available to work evenings and/or weekends as needed.
WAGE & BENEFITS The wage range for this position is $19.
00 - $23.
00 per hour, dependent on experience.
A wage will be discussed during the interview process.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
